First mock up of logos

These are my two different concepts for the logo designs. I learnt a majority of things here relating to the designs. I learnt to start in black and white. Not to add colour until I'm happy with the shape and design. Also don't add text until I have mocked up my design.

I also noticed the 'people' looked more like chess pieces and stamps rather that the mid-shot of a person.
